PROGRAM MANAGER - HEAD START Southwest Human Development, a non-profit organization, provides high-quality services in early childhood development, child health and welfare, services for children with disabilities, training, and Head Start.
Join our agency working under general direction to plan, develop and oversee the implementation of a large multi-faceted Head Start program that provides services for children younger than five and their families. Responsible for hiring, supervision, and direction of Family Service Managers and Family Support staff. Manage multiple funding sources. Work in cooperation with department director, other agency senior program managers and program managers to foster intra-agency coordination. Responsible for the development of community collaborations that supports the program(s) of the agency.

REQUIREMENTS
MA/BA in Social Work, or related Human Services field with relevant professional experience. A minimum of three years program management and direct supervision experience and knowledge of community resources in related areas is required.
