PROGRAM MANAGER - FAMILY REUNIFICATION

Southwest Human Development, a non-profit organization, provides high-quality services in early childhood development, child health and welfare, services for children with disabilities, training, and Head Start.

We are seeking a Program Manager to plan, develop and oversee the implementation of department grant(s) to enhance the well-being of children and their biological, foster or adoptive families who are referred to our Family Reunification program by Child Protective Services.

Position is full time with benefits. EOE AA

REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Social Work or Professional Counseling) and currently holding a license for clinical/independent practice or eligible for that within two months of date of hire required (LCSW or LPC).

Previous staff supervision and strong clinical writing skills also required. Experience with child welfare programs and in-home family services. Ability to manage multiple programs and tasks critical.
