You will oversee an assembly and finishing department, with responsibility for quality issues and general oversight of plant and facility operations.

Requirements include an AAS degree, a strong quality orientation and supervisory experience in a small company environment. This is a “hands on” position, and will involve you in a variety of duties.

The position is located in the in the area where Lehigh, Bucks, Berks, and Montgomery counties come together, near Red Hill, and is commutable from Allentown, Emmaus, Lansdale, Harleysville, Boyertown and nearby locations.
