Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor Additional opportunities exist for Spanish as a second language. This position supports our Roadside Assistance division. Responsibilities will include supervising, coaching, monitoring, developing and motivating a contact center team of 15-20 Customer Service Associates. Ensures efficient performance of the team through a balance of human and technical resources. Consistently contributes to management objectives by active teamwork. Serves as a primary point of contact for the day to day and project issues. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience. 2 years customer service background. Knowledge in the automotive industry a plus. Experience managing people and client relationships. Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
