Online Advertising Sales Manager

Join an exciting new company based on Web 2.0 technology as our Online Advertising Sales Manager. In this role, you will effectively sell our on-line advertising space and manage our affiliate marketing relationships. The position will be based at our operations center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
REQUIREMENTS
Essential FunctionsCreate sales opportunities within our targeted client base.
Effectively articulate the benefits of our advertising space and create innovative advertising solutions for our clients.Meet and/or exceed established sales quotas by negotiating favorable contract terms and managing rate/price negotiations with clients that provide targeted gross margin percentages.
Maintain client profiles on all accounts as well as market knowledge and competitive information.Provide accurate and complete reporting on sales forecasts and prospects.
Qualifications2+ years of interactive media sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record for closing deals and exceeding quota.
Extensive presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.Strong understating of Web2.0 Internet services and business models.Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft office applications as well as sales automation tools.
Must be able to travel extensively (up to 50%).
Compensation
Base salary plus generous bonus/commission incentive programs based on sales performance, 100% paid medical insurance, paid holidays and time off, up-to-date technology for all employees and employee training.Environment, Culture, and Location.Our operations center is located in Central Pennsylvania.
