Nurse Manager - Monday thru Friday Days

Home Infusion Department Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor(title, pay and exact responsibilities determined by level of experience)- Full-time position with excellent pay and full benefits.

Location: Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor position is located in the Phoenix metropolitan area (East Valley). Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor will work in an office setting.

Shift: Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor will typically work Monday thru Friday Days and will have shared administrative pager responsibilities. Flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:
RN Nurse Manager or RN Nurse Supervisor to manage/supervise home infusion nursing department of accredited homecare company. Responsible for managing/supervising team of infusion nurses, responding to needs of nurses, handling elevated issues, communicating with physicians and payers, coordinating with the pharmacy, and ensuring high standards of service and a positive work environment.

Compensation:
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor will receive excellent pay and full benefits. Salary and Title will be determined by level of experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have a current Arizona RN license in good standing.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have experience as a Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have excellent people skills.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have good communication skills.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have excellent rapport building skills.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have excellent people management skills.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must have clinical knowledge and experience with IV infusion therapy.
Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferences:
Prefer Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor with home health / home care experience.
Prefer Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor with home infusion experience.
Prefer Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor with PICC certification.
