Or,like the Infinity Stylus, one of the best-selling cameras in history.Center Valley, PA - This individual will provide support in the development and execution of selected programs and projects. Responsible for project planning and assuming management responsibilities for all assigned programs, including the development of a project plan, formation of a project team and coordination of team member activities. Participate in the development of annual business/marketing plans and MSG corporate strategic plans (CSP). Prepare analysis based upon market research on proposed healthcare delivery options for a Colorectal Cancer (CRC) screening device. Assess all current products and products in development for CRC screening. Prepare analysis of strengths and weaknesses of current products on the market for CRC screening. Assume primary role as liaison between Olympus and CRC initiatives at regional, state, and national level. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with CRC awareness groups to promote Olympus initiatives in this market. Communicate with and coordinate efforts among various internal departments (for example, Public relations, R&D, marketing) who have interests in the CRC project. Document work effort through monthly/weekly reports and in-house presentations as requested. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED) A minimum of 5 years experience of working within the organizational disciplines of marketing, business development or equivalent is preferred. Project Management experience along with experience in the medical products field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must have excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be computer literate. Must have the ability to interact with field personnel, management and customers. Individual must possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative and creativity. Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) as required (generally 15-25%). Work flexible hours as required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge is required.
