Marketing Manager

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll focus on the following primary responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and analyze marketing efforts – including direct mail, catalogs, web, etc.
- Write and coordinate collateral/promotional materials, i.e., brochures, mailers, inserts, web ads, etc.
- Provide mentoring and motivation to marketing assistants to increase their efficiency and effectiveness
- Research, acquire and manage marketing lists
- Plan and budget marketing efforts for product group consisting of newsletters, books, videos, eLearning courses, online subscription services, etc.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows (5% - 10%)
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Ideal experience includes:
- 3+ years experience with direct mail
- BA/BS in a business-related field
- Managing multiple products simultaneously
- Developing and executing marketing plans and strategies
- Market analysis
- Developing and interpreting list plans
- List research
- Staff management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
