Immediate Opening: Marketing DirectorJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Galleria Woods, Birmingham ALImmediate job opportunity for energetic, self-motivated and determined marketing and sales professional. The ideal candidate must have experience working with an entry fee community. Candidate should be goal oriented, a team player, and have the ability to focus on resident and family satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Close leads generated through sales contacts community referral sources. 50% of the time is spent on sales; 50% of the time is spent on marketing and management of the department Conduct prompt follow-up of inquires and leads via the phone as well as in writing. Develop and submit for approval quarterly marketing plan. Plan must include action plans and planned expenditures Conduct presentations to the community. Implement senior prospect activities which are planned and coordinated with the Executive Director and Regional Marketing Director. Assist prospective residents, their family members and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and how we can meet and exceed their expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources on a weekly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
We seek the following qualifications: Sales experience in a Life Care or Entry Fee community a plus!
Must possess ability to professionally represent ARC and ultimately increase resident census. Related inside sales experience required Proven track record of success in sales, marketing and networking. Experience in coordinating sales based advertising, promotions. Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related degree preferred. Driven, with excellent presentation skills. Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication required. Ability to build effective relationships and close sales a must!
