About The Position Primary Job Responsibilities 1. Provide Sales Reporting and Analysis on a Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis to Sales leadership and senior management team. a. Key reports include: weekly and monthly Sales Forecast reporting, monthly Sales Dashboard and monthly regional Sales Vice President performance. b. Develop forecasting definitions and maintain sales pipeline and forecasting tools, including Siebel’s CRM On Demand c. Develop and implement additional tracking and reporting metrics in conjunction with going forward business plan and related strategies for growth. d. Develop sales readout documentation for quarterly leadership meetings 2. Participate as a thought leader in the development of enhanced Sales business processes that drive profitable revenue and new Customer acquisition a. Responsible for the recommendation and implementation of new Sales tools to improve efficiency and productivity across the Sales organization. b. Develop and publish clear and repeatable processes that help reduce sales cycle times and provide quality reference documents for the Sales team and Customers. 3. Coordinate the tracking of contract documents and the related business and legal terms included to ensure consistency and management of risk. Documents to be monitored and tracked include: Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), Statements of Work (SOW), Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) and Letters of Intent (LOI). 4. Participate in the coordination and logistics for major Sales related events and/or Programs. 5. Manage the Sales section of the eTelecare intranet to ensure key Sales documents and related processes are available and current. Work closely with the Sales team to define going forward requirements for the Sales site to improve access and self help capabilities. 6. Participate in the development and management of the Sales Compensation Plan to include: a. Plan documents b. Modeling commission plan and all accelerators c. Work with Finance organization to ensure timely, accurate tracking and reporting of commissions and performance against quota 7. Participate in the ongoing analysis and review of Sales territories to ensure the correct balance of opportunity across RVP’s . Utilize Hoovers and other tools to clearly identify the location and size of new Account opportunities and the appropriate assignment within Sales regions. 8. Other special projects and assignments, as required. Job Requirements
Background and Required Skills - Three (3) to five (5) years in a Sales Operations or Financial reporting role in a high paced, dynamic operational environment.
- Focus on detail and the ability to meet deadlines while providing the highest quality of data and analysis.
- Strong team player and Customer advocate.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to fully develop and utilize Pivot Tables and related Excel data management functions.
- BSBA in Business or equivalent required.
