Bachelors degree is requiredReports to the Director of Research. Assures that research is conducted in compliance with approved protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Provides training and guidance to researchers and coordinators on GCP and research conduct. Monitors clinical research and assures appropriate documentation. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree in Education, Nursing or related field. Prefer Masters degree with a nursing background (RN); BS (BSN) or MS (MSN). Must have five (5) years experience as a clinical research coordinator. Must have familiarity with GCP and protocol implementation, consent issues and recordkeeping; excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills.
