Responsibilities: Penske Truck Leasing has a real estate portfolio of over 800 properties and is looking for a Real Estate Manager for its Real Estate Department.
This position will be involved with managing corporate and field projects, strategic planning of the company?s real estate interests and overseeing the selection and establishment of new facilities. A thorough understanding and proven experience in negotiations of real estate leases, agreements and documents are a must. This role manages the activities of real estate brokers and multiple concurrent projects while maintaining aggressive control of budgets and schedules. Other responsibilities include developing partnerships at all levels within the organization to allow for effective and proactive assignment planning and execution, preparing analyses to support business and department objectives, and supporting merger and acquisition activities.
