Manager, Program Customer Experience

SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:

Creates a persistent focus on the customer in the actions the company takes. Establishes and runs large-scale Customer Experience Management programs, spanning all phases of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process.

Leads the scheduling/planning and implementing of resources across multiple projects. Acts as a change agent for process improvements across the company. Develops and drives the adoption of common practices and supporting tools. Presents updates on progress while ensuring the meeting of commitments. Plays key supporting role in the development of business strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

oBS Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience (MS and/or MBA desirable)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
o10+ combined year's experience in project management and process improvement. Proven ability to lead multiple teams, partner with management to resolve conflicts and obtain resources for projects. Effectively communicates and gives presentations (internally and externally). Proven ability to direct resources, plan project activity and balance financial budgets.

oHas successfully led many to numerous product development project teams and has a clearly recognizable knowledge of detailed product development processes, either within RA or related industry.
