The role of the Print & Document Services Manager is to ensure OfficeMax customer service standards are maintained so every customer is 100% satisfied and to contribute to associate development via training, communication recognition and support. Additional duties include manage the print-for-pay process from order acceptance to completion, maximize sales by assisting in the development of sales-oriented supervisors and hourly associates, mobilizing a consistant canvassing program, assist in managing payroll, sales, budgets and the annual pereformance review process, monitor operational reports, analyze P&L statements and assist in developing and implementation of strategic action plans to control shrink and other controllable expenses, maintain open communication with vendors and ensure all safety procedures are followed. REQUIREMENTS
Retail Management candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years retail management experience. A passion for relentlessly driving sales and profit by offering the BEST customer service A solid track record for recruiting, training, developing, motivating, and leading a diverse team to success. The Print & Document Services manager must demonstrate teamwork, professionalism and achievement of high levels of productivity. Manage multiple projects/rasks and meet all deadlines, maintain established productivity standards. Achieve established performance goals. Effectively manage high volume copying/printing, binding/finishing.
