Manager / Optician

Full time optician for beautiful retail optical store in Sedona Arizona. Must have at least 3 years of dispensing skills. No ABO or NCLE required, but would be compensated with higher wage. Store hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00. Position is for store manager, full time with 6 paid holidays and two week earned vacation after first year. You will also earn incentives with sales. Retail is located within the doctors office. A beautiful store is waiting for the right person to run it. REQUIREMENTS
Duties include fitting patients with glasses and lens. Placing orders to the lab, checking glasses on the lensometer to ANSE standards. Tinting lenses when needed. Ordering frames for stock. Balancing the log sheets for the day. Calling in daily totals to corporate office. Maintaining cleanliness of the store. Making the daily banking deposits. Performing other duties as required. Optician must know how to use manual lensometer, pupilometer and know how to dye lenses. You will need basic knowledge of lenses that are current on the market and how to adjust patient's frames for custom fits.
