Manager, Business Analysts

The job –

This position is responsible for supervising and mentoring our team of analysts in business development and functional requirements across multiple projects. Essential duties include:

-Manage a team of 5-10 business analysts supporting all Early Warning products and support functions
-Responsible for hiring, performance management, employee development, performance reviews, coaching, and determining promotions
-Maintain and develop the team’s working relationships in the organization with the product, IT, delivery and operations management groups
-Ensure that all business analysts perform duties in accordance with the approved Project Management Life Cycle and department policies and procedures
-Work directly with the Project Management Vice President to set organization goals and objectives

REQUIREMENTS


Requirements –

-Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or other related area strongly preferred
-5+ years experience as a business analyst
-5+ years experience in project management
-7+ years related work experience (IT, banking, fraud prevention)
-Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Effective time management skills
-Able to travel up to 25% as needed (domestic)
