We are looking for an LPN with experience in case managment or utilization review with a minimum 5 yrs clinical experience.
Medicare guideline knowledge and familiarity with managed care prior authorization process a must.

We are looking for someone who is very flexible and willing to travel. A portion of this job is spent in the field visiting our patients in acute care settings with the rest of the time spent in our central Phoenix office.
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed practical nurse with State of Arizona, 5 years experience.
