LPN - AL/ALZ Manager -

The Operations Managers for The Stratford are working/supervisory positions responsible for the supervision of assisted living services in The Stratford. The service delivery should be made in such a way as to control costs, contain risks and satisfy resident/family expectations. Role requires substantive interaction with residents, families, physicians, and managers and staff from other Stratford departments. Requires a high level of tact, persuasion, judgment, integrity and timing. Position serves on the Management Team and provides assistance to other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Holds Arizona LPN or RN licensure.
2.Demonstrates freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis upon hire and annually thereafter.
3.Has (or obtains) current Adult First Aid and C.P.R. training upon hire and maintains current status throughout employment.
4.Holds or is eligible for a Class One Fingerprint Clearance card (national F.B.I. fingerprint clearance).
5.At least 6 months of total experience in senior housing or a related field is preferred.
6.Has demonstrated skills, knowledge and competency in the areas of leadership, training, and supervision.
7.Proficient written and oral communication skills with other members of management, professional and support staff are also required.
8.Able to personally perform and train Resident Assistants to perform all the duties as listed on the Resident Assistant Position Description.
9.Within 4 months of hire, successfully pass the Arizona State Assisted Living Managers’ Licensure examination.
