Our client company has retained us to identify candidates for a Human Resources Manager position within their organization. This position will be responsible for all Human Resources functions at one of the client's multiple manufacturing locations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience as an HR generalist, experience in a manufacturing environment, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and be capable of functioning in a regulated, food manufacturing industry. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desireable. The position is located in the Midwest and the company does provide relocation benefits. REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. 7 years Generalist experience.
3. Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. Bi-lingual preferred.
5. Ability to manage HR in an operation with over 1,000 employees.
6. ABILITY TO RELOCATE TO THE MIDWEST IS REQUIRED
