House Manager/Assistant House Manager

Responsible for overall program of a specific house with children ages 8-17 years old. Supervises all staff at that house. Schedules staff and provides unit coverage as indicated by staffing needs. Schedules and coordinates daily operation pertaining to clients and staff and implements and monitors daily group home schedules. Functions as a role model, adhering to agency standards of practice, for clients, staff, and the public. Accurately documents each client’s behaviors, sleep patterns, interactions, and provides a therapeutic approach during daily routine.Evaluation and pay raise after 3 months. Evaluation and pay raise after one year.Health/Dental Benefits and Pension Plan are offered.Assistant House Managers start between $28,000 and $30,000 a year.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be 21 years of age.
You need to have a Arizona Driver's License.
You need to have a High School Diploma or GED. A Bachelor's Degree or some college experience is preferred.You need to have experience working with children.
You must be eligible for an FBI -Fingerprint Clearance Card.
It is helpful if you have experience working in a group home for children.You will be required to attend First Aid, CPR, CIT or CPI training.
House managers are also required to be on-call.If you meet all the requirements you may come to our main office to fill out an application.
