We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a Regional HR Manager based out of our Chambersburg, PA, Fulfillment Center. Additional responsibility for our Lewisberry and Carlisle, PA, Fulfillment Centers.

Advanced degree from a top tier graduate school. (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred) Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 5-10 years Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles. 5 years experience in Fortune 500 companies that adhere to a high hiring standard that equals Amazon.com and mentors their brightest employees to accept greater challenges. Ambitious. Wants to join an Operations team as an HR Manager and grow with the company, whether that is to a role in Corporate HR or into Regional Operations HR leadership.
The Regional HR Manager is an active member of the Operations HR team, driving and supporting cross-group initiatives. Successful candidates will have a true hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of non-union distribution/manufacturing environments, systems theory, organizational communications, consultation skills, and analytical thinking. In addition, effective presentation, and persuasion skills are a must.
The Regional Human Resources Manager will: Oversee all areas of Human Resources within the regional facilities, including performance management, organizational development, communications, compensation, and recruiting. Communicate, implement, and interpret HR policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent administration. Observe and analyze the execution of practices, identify problem areas, and recommend changes Administer compensation programs for hourly and salaried personnel Provide training assessment, planning, and program delivery as necessary. Ensure effective management of the Global Performance System which provides policy, process, and tools for performance plans, career development, reviews and upward supervisory feedback. Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment legislation/regulations to counsel and monitor compliance. Support all safety initiatives and training to promote a culture of safety Lead and manage projects that will have a direct impact on our business and culture Promote and strengthen employee relations by actively listening and appropriately responding to employee concerns in a timely manner and by initiating pro active and effective processes Create the environment which fosters employee involvement, diversity and equal opportunity. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources; Experience with a facility of 250 or more hourly employees, as well as exempt personnel; 5 or more years of related experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy, Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. 50-75% travel within region
