HR MANAGER - MANUFACTURING PLANT

We have been retained by a top poultry processor to locate an HR Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.........................
Manage the Human Resource function for the plant including strategic leadership & direction, staffing, employee relations, training, development, salary and benefits administration.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS...............................
•3-5 years experience EOC, FLSA, ADA and OSHA.
•3-5 years experience Recruiting/Staffing, Benefits Administration, Change Management, HR strategy, ER & investigations.
•0-3 years experience Union Negotiations.
•3-5 years experience Supervising or Managing turnover reduction, records management.
•2-5 years experience data and report creation/analysis.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) OR at least 3 years experience with a work force in which Spanish is spoken by a significant number of employees

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS...........
•Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years relevant Human Resources Supervisory or Management experience
•OR Associates degree with 5-7 years relevant Human Resources Supervisory or Management experience.

PREFERRED SKILL/CERTIFICATION..........................................
•Experience within a food environment.
•PHR / SPHR
