Food Service Manager / General Manager

Unit Description: Seeking a Food Service GM for a corporate operation that includes two cafes and heavy catering. Ideal candidate will develop attractive menus to meet specific client needs, lead a team in a high energy, enthusiastic and respectful work environment, interview/hire staff employees, take a lead role in staff training, and supervise, direct and schedule the activities of food service personnel. Responsibilities also include maintaining accounting and financial records to meet or exceed budget, preparing and monitoring unit operating budgets, supervising temperature checks of hot and cold foods, forecasting needs for food and supplies, and overseeing ordering and inventory of all products.Position Summary:
Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client accountBasic Education Requirement:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School DegreeBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
