Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible and accountable for restaurant, room service and bar/lounge operations. The priority is on maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality as well as service. Goal will be accomplished through scheduling, training, monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to feedback attained from surveys, special events, beverage programs, promotional activities, etc. The position reports to and works closely with the Hotel Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will:

Have a strong background in fine dining. Hotel outlet operations knowledge/experience a +. Prefer two to three years of experience.

Read, write and speak English.

Knowledgeable of POS systems.

Proven leadership and management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.

Manage department within budget.

Have a valid or capable of obtaining a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission permit.
