This results-oriented professional manages resources, assesses and implements quality improvement and best practice initiatives and service excellence within our division of maternal child health. The individual must demonstrate advanced leadership skills and continue to develope and implement mechanisms to assess and measure the delivery of quality patient care. Quality improvement efforts will be overseen by this director including unit based and departmental activities. Reporting to the vice president and overseeing nurse managers, this proven professional also manages the annual capital budget by preparing reports and allocating resources appropriately.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications: MSN required as well as demonstrated clinical expertise in maternal child health and hands-on nursing experience in labor and delivery. Candidate selected must be self-directed and motivated and committed to the quality patient care. Demonstration of administrative and leadership abilities required.Licensure: Registered Nurse - Pennsylvania
