District Sales Manager Southeast Region - Modulight Juno Lightin

Job Responsibilities:
Juno Lighting Group comprises a family of eight lighting category brands, and is a single source of lighting manufacturer for commercial, retail, industrial and residential applications throughout North America. We seek a sales manager for the southeast region for our Modulight line. This position is accountable for managing a sales staff within multiple territories or sales operations activities within a sales area. Provides leadership to direct sales efforts and/or ensure the quality and responsiveness of the service provided. Monitors performance and provides coaching and development activities for staff. Manages staff and provides work direction and assignment scheduling. Provides leadership for direct and indirect reports. Ensures quality and responsiveness of the service provided. Assists in planning goals and objectives, develop strategies, tactics, and schedules to meet goals. Develops, recommends, and coordinates the implementation of new processes. Monitors performance and provides coaching and development activities for staff. Makes staffing and deployment decisions to maximize productivity of employees. Manages a budget and/or asset management. May participate in important negotiations with key customers and assist with difficult customers.
