District Sales Manager

Copeland Corporation is an Emerson Climate Technologies Company and the global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of compressors for the residential and commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industries. We are seeking an experienced District Sales Manager.

Position will be responsible for Wholesaler sales for Copeland, Flow, Motors, Ventilations and Browning. Primary responsibility is supporting wholesaler branches. May include some headquarter responsibility and contractor accounts, evening training programs. Will obtain commitments form Wholesalers to stock Emerson lines to support contractor buying preferences. 50% travel required.
REQUIREMENTS
Individual must have a minimum of seven years HVAC experience. Must have Wholesaler sales experience. Must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent presentation skills.

Four-year mechanical or electrical degree required. MBA preferred.
