to truly help people at a most personal level.We are currently seeking a Director of Volunteers.Plans and administers a volunteer services program to serve the needs of all Scottsdale Healthcare Facilities. Ensure utilization of volunteer resources to benefit both the facilities and their patients. Serves ex officio on the Scottsdale Auxiliary Board and participates in goal setting and providing guidance to the leadership of the Board.Successful candidate with have a Bachelor’s Degree; Masters degree preferred; 5 years volunteer management experience including working with a volunteer board of directors
