As the DIRECTOR OF NURSING, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the nursing department.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

*Current RN license in good standing with the state of PA
*Minimum 2 years' DON experience in LTC OR ADON experience with outstanding performance record and desire for career advancement
*Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong leadership and clinical management skills
