Director of Dining Services

Serves as an integral part of a progressive community team. Candidates must possess full dining service management skills and experience. Must exhibit an understanding of and comfort level with spirituality of care, sensitivity to needs of the elderly, servant leadership, creativity, personnel development, and commitment to the vision and mission of the organization.
Responsible for campus organization, supervision and administration of the food services program, development and maintenance of policies & procedures, direct supervision of department staff, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of supervisory experience as Director of Dining Services and current Certified dietary Manager’s Certification, State Qualified Dietician for long-term care, or Associate’s Degree in hotel restaurant management or related field. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to food services management required.
