AUTISM SPEAKS
Dynamic entrepreneurial, not for profit organization seeks a regional walk director to raise money for autism speaks by organizing volunteers, creating awareness & im plementing Walk Events. Working with a National Walk Director, develop plans, income goal, budget & participant recruitment strategies. You will work closely with our existing volunteers to cultivate & develop community volunteer committee.


The Director will be expected to make presentations to businesses and community groups to recruit teams of walkers, insure that the walks & related events are produced to realize maximum participation revenue. Only candidates with at least 3-5 yrs experience conducting special events (preferably walk events) & a successful record of
recruiting & developing volunteers will be considered. Must possess outstanding presence, enthusiasm & self confidence & be comfortable delivering public presentations. Strong project management, communication & admin skills essential. Email resume, salary
