Director Analytical Development

Director of Analytical Development will lead all aspects of analytical chemistry and development for mid-size PhRMA focused on ANDA and NDA product. This individual will oversee a group of 10+ scientists responsible for method development and method validation of pharmaceutical raw materials and finished drug product. Will ensure that work performed by group meets all regulatory specifications and scientific requirements. In addition, the Director of Analytical will be responsible for interdepartmental communication with Formulation Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to ensure that company goals are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have:
Over 10 years in analytical development in the Pharmaceutical industry.At least 5 years experience managing technical personnel.Extensive experience in method development.Advanced Degree in Chemistry or related discipline.Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced environment.
