District Manager – $70K – Great Opportunity

Bring your management and operations experience to this District Manager position! Our client, a large national PARKING MANAGEMENT corporation is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations and expand business. Compensation includes a base salary to $70K, bonus potential, and a car allowance.
REQUIREMENTS
Primary Job Responsibilities

The capability and track record to manage all operational functions for multiple locations
Establish and maintain a solid business relationship with clients
Proven ability with P & L responsibility, budgets, and Revenue Analysis
Experience with Human Resource functions to include: sourcing, hiring, training, performance reviews, and terminations.
The ability to expand sales within your market area.
Five years of demonstrated management experience in a service related industry, hospital services experience highly desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency with Word and Excel and the ability to learn industry specific technology.
