Develop commodity plans relating to market/trend analysis, supplier identification and selection, supplier performance, total cost reductions, supplier performance criteria, cost model structures, and supplier quality.

Develop material planning activities relating to supplier delivery performance, inventory turns and lead time improvement, inventory obsolescence, engineering change management, and cycle count management.

Administration of procurement policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have demonstrated expertise in sourcing and negotiating the purchase of steel.
