Clinical Supervisor

1-Clinical Supervisor-De Colores Domestic Violence Center, Phoenix, AZ . Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is a non-profit community development corporation that provides behavior health, social services programs, such as training, counseling, housing, lending, head start and a charter school, through out the state of Arizona.
Coordinates and supervises programmatic and clinical/therapeutic activities and processes within CPLC’s Domestic Violence program, including quality assurance, supervision of program staff.
Master degree in psychology, social work or related behavioral health field with, 1-3 years of direct clinical services plus staff supervision or, BS in Behavioral Health, social work or related field and 3-5 years experience. Experience working in a culturally diverse population. Domestic violence knowledge and experience is required. Bilingual: English/Spanish is required. REQUIREMENTS
Special Requirements: Must have an employment physical and TB test, and for those testing positive a doctor’s statement or chest x-ray must be provided. Must have an Arizona Driver's License. Must have dependable transportation and be able to travel overnight. Must be a legal resident or naturalized U.S citizen.
