We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality/food service industry professional to assume the position of Chef Manager for our client partner in the Maryville, TN area. As the Chef Manager, you will oversee daily back-of-house operations with responsibility for food production and supervision of kitchen staff in this Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Kitchen activity supports multiple dining outlets serving approximately 600 meals daily.
