In conjunction with the Area Administrator, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the medical center and implementation and coordination of corporate programs within the center.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:'Coordinates schedules and provides day-to-day supervision for front and back office staff to ensure efficient patient and information flow.
'Develops, implements, and maintains new and existing corporate policies, procedures and training programs.
'Monitors visit volume and the financial performance of the center, and prepares applicable reports for timely submission to corporate office and Area Administrator.
'Maintains and enhances communication between current and prospective client companies.
'Collaborates with physician, therapy, and marketing staff to ensure that companies are notified of missed appointments.
'Processes time sheets and accounts payable documents.
'Provides front and back office assistance during high activity periods and lunch breaks.
'Performs other duties as requested by the Area Administrator.Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:'Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.'2-3 years management experience, preferably in a medical setting; excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with the public in a high-stress environment.'Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to work professionally with clients.
