Branch Management Program This position is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced General/Branch/ Operations manager. Only managers with at least 3 to 5 years experience in a service related industry would be considered. The program will prepare experienced managers to manage the day-to-day operations of a pest control branch.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have: * At least 3 to 5 years general/operations management experience including sales management or sales experience. * Experience as a general or operations manager with direct control over a branch, store, or restaurant. * Profit and Loss management experience. Budgeting and managing expenses are also highly sought after skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent follow-up and organizational skills * The ability to manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling and managing a staff of at least 10 individuals * A clean driving record * The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen
* Can train in home town of Richmond, Norfolk or Charleston WVA, but must have the ability to relocate in the future within Virginia or West Virginia.
