Our Client, a large Electrical Contracting Company is currently searching for an experienced Branch Manager. This position is reporting to the VP of Service and is primarily responsible for the following duties:
Sales and marketing of existing services to new clients. Ideal candidate would have prior electrical, HVAC, or construction project management experience. Achieve targeted growth of 10% per year, while maintaining safety, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profits. Lead by example and nurture management talent in current employees as well as new employees brought in. Lead the sales efforts for the departments, and continually prospect for new clients. Responsible for managing accounts either directly or through subordinates. Create 1 and 3 year plans for branch, organize planning meetings to facilitate branch development. Facilitate process improvements in the areas of production and efficiency in field labor. Provide leadership to take charge of challenging projects, encourage teamwork, and supply the energy and enthusiasm required to achieve company goals. This position is slated to move into a VP role in approximately 5 years. Ideal candidate would be highly challenge and opportunity motivated. REQUIREMENTS
Does not require a Bachelor's Degree, however, appropriate electrical, HVAC, or construction management experience is required to be considered for this opportunity. A minimum of 10 years project management, facility management or electrical contracting experience is necessary.
