Parkway Bank Arizona, a subsidiary of Parkway Bancorp, Inc., a $1.8 billion community bank, is expanding its operations in the Phoenix area. We are seeking a sales aggressive individual to oversee branch operations and spearhead business development. Responsible for positively influencing branch growth by expanding relationships and developing new business banking relationships. Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch, including operations, sales, customer service and security in accordance with bank objectives, policies and procedures.


Requirements of the position include:


Bachelor's degree with
emphasis in business
preferred
Minimum five years
banking experience
including personal banking,
consumer lending, sales/
business development,
compliance and customer
service
Minimum two years
experience in branch
management
Strong planning and
organizational skills
Effective oral and written
communication skills
Strong management and
leadership skills
Exceptional customer
service and sales skills
Thorough knowledge of
computer applications
including Microsoft Word
and Excel
