Assistant Manager
Due to our continued growth, After Hours Formalwear is hiring Assistant Managers in Tempe and our new store in Awatukee!
Assistant Store Manager:
The Assistant Store Manager will work with the Store Manager in providing guidance, direction and development to the store team in order to achieve all revenue, profit and customer service goals. The Assistant Store Manager must have full scheduling flexibility for retail hours.
Assistant Store Manager Primary Responsibilities Include:
Generate personal sales and register weddings
Maintain the highest standards of customer service
Assist in employee training and development
Help maintain store visual displays
As assigned, perform outreach duties to support in-store sales
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of college preferred
2 years supervisory experience in a retail environment
Demonstrated personal selling skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A sense of urgency regarding customer service and sales results
Highly organized with a detail orientation and proven follow-up skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
The ability to remain calm under challenging circumstances
