Assistant Managers are responsible for meeting personal sales plans and objectives, managing payroll and inventory controls, visual merchandising, as well as assisting with staffing.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
At least 1 year retail management/assistant management experience preferred
Training & employee development
Employee scheduling
Payroll, cash and inventory control
Visual merchandising
