Architectural Project Manager

Purpose: Top Tier Phoenix Architectural Firm Seeks Project Manager!
Currently seeking candidates in the Architectural field on both the commercial and retail side.
Candidates must have experience with Autocad 2000 or higher
Experience with Residential Design.

Job Description:

-Serves as the leader of the project team and is responsible for putting the building plans together, quality of the work performed, client service, utilization of staff, marketing, schedule, and project profitability

-Coordinates construction document preparation and construction administration including:
Analyzes building codes and zoning ordinances.
Continually reviews for compliance with design intent, code compliance, accuracy, appropriate detailing or use of materials and coordination with specifications.
Reviews documents with building and planning departments.
Conducts final review for compliance with all requirements. Responsible for project errors and omissions.
Prepares project correspondence (meeting memos, project directories etc).
Conducts on site observations and prepares observation reports.
Meets with governmental agencies for purposes of project presentation, approvals and permits
