AREA MANAGER
QC Financial Services, Inc., a leader in the payday advance industry, has an opening for an AREA MANAGER in the SALT LAKE CITY area. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of 5-8 store locations. This position will communicate directly to the Regional Manager regarding store sales, debt, operational and staffing needs, business and advertising opportunities.
This position will be responsible for:
Profit performance, site operations, customer service, and supervising store Managers.
Providing operations training to store Managers.Supervising the maintenance of financial records within the district, as well as supervising the enforcement of established operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Performing audits of store financial records on a monthly basis.
Ensuring store operations comply with company policies and federal, state, and local laws.Requires reliable transportation for travel between stores, with mileage paid for travel.
May require occasional overnight travel
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of multi-unit management experience in a retail environment. Excellent communication and people management skills. A 4-year college degree preferred, but not required.
