We currenlty have an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a log of payments made to landlords
Maintain Real Estate database for determining Real Estate and CAM accruals
Interact with Landlords on a daily basis
Filing of processed payments in store accounting file
Understanding and interpreting lease language and legal issues surrounding leases
Upon store opening: Set up rent and other payments to Landlord; obtain verification of square footage of store and entire center, make appropriate rent adjustments per Amendment as required by Lease
Bill subtenants for any items they are responsible for under the Sublease such as rent, CAM, taxes, insurance and building repairs, etc.
Process all lease payments
Perform desktop audits
Research landlord CAM, Tax, INS, and Merchants billing
REQUIREMENTS

The following qualities are required:
Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines

Other Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in retail property administration or lease administration position
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
Accounting experience or strong mathematical skills
Ability to understand legal terminology, interpret Lease clauses, and successfully argue our interpretation of disputed clauses in lease
Strong negotiation skills
