The Los Angeles office is seeking a highly qualified transactional associate with two to six years of experience to work in our corporate and securities practice. Candidates should have concentrated experience in corporate and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and private placements, SEC reporting, corporate governance and financings. Superior written and communication skills are required. 2000 billable hours requirement.
