Esteemed law firm in Orange County looking for a Litigation File Clerk. Will assist with clerical jobs within the Records Department and requires the ability to work overtime. Duties will include processing case work and files for the firm, including the indexing of all files for filing. Sort and distribute to staff according to department within the firm. May also be responsible for entering all files in a tracking software. This position requires great attention to detail. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LAW FIRM LITIGATION EXPERIENCE!!

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to use Word and type 35-45/wpm.
Ability to operate office machines including computer, scanner, and photocopy machines.
Ability to pay attention to detail, follow procedures and work effectively.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
