Merrill is currently seeking an articulate, well organized professional to become a productive team member at one of its legal records departments in San Francisco. This individual must demonstrate strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and independent project management skills,very strong customer service and a great attitude. There is an opportunity for this position to become a Lead Records Clerk.
Duties:
* Independently and with your team members manage and operate the records management function within an established law firm.
* Investigate and resolve user complaints as well as facilitate solutions.
* Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
Team leadership, Administrative Writing Skills, LegalKey, type 45 wpm, Client Confidentiality, Analyzing Information, Communication Processes, Excel Follow-up Skills, Internal Communications, Presentation Skills, PC Proficiency, Client Relationships, Initiative, Minimum 1 year legal records experience preferably within a law firm environment. You must have records experience to qualify!
