Investigator

DESCRIPTION:
We're a fast pace office seeking a Workers' Compensation Administrator with Field Investigative Skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for providing investigative support to all branch offices regarding AOE/COE, Disputed,
Nature & Extent, Property and/or Equipment Damage Claims, and assist in determining if Subrogation
is an issue.

The candidate should be familiar with OSHA Log 300, knowledge with Injury Prevention Programs (IIPP),
heavy communication with Travelers Insurance on the progress of the investigated claim, confirm with our
branches witness contact information, job descriptions, wages, medical treatment and if surveillance is
needed, in order to complete the investigative report.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written & oral communication skills is a must; multi-tasker; team player; ability to work at a
consistently high level of accuracy while meeting tight deadlines sometimes independently and as a part
of a team. Type 50 wpm, Excel/Outlook/Word/Graphic/Spreadsheet. 1-3 years relevant experience in a
