maintenance Instrumentation/Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Rio Tinto Minerals Boron, CA There is an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Electrical and Instrument Department of Refinery Services at Rio Tinto Minerals Boron Operations. This position will report to a centralized maintenance group and be assigned responsibilities based on the business need. A BS degree is preferred with three years relevant maintenance experience, or high school diploma or equivalent, plus four or more years experience in an industrial maintenance setting. A solid understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling, good knowledge of equipment reliability and a familiarity of Cal-OSHA and MSHA safety and health regulations is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer literacy are also required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. The successful candidate must possess good leadership skills, have the ability to take the initiative to get things done, and have a well-developed sense of urgency.
